Nicki has worked with us off and on over the years when we were actively looking to buy. On this occasion the house we bought was a FSBO but we had Nicki list our former property. She was very helpful throughout the process, including several point at which complications arose. Working with Nicki made selling less stressful than buying the new FSBO house. She helped us establish an initial price and later adjust it based on a home inspection. She looked out for our interests and helped put things back on track when delays occurred.
