My fiance and I were looking to purchase a house, but like most first time home owners, we had no idea where to start. We were contacting lots of banks for pre approvals, and real estate agents for house listings, but always seemed to be going in circles until we got in touch with Pam from Yaman real estate. She extremely helpful in guiding us through the process, after going through so many channels that seemed to give us very vague answers, which was a huge relief. She even helped us get a better deal with a new lender over the previous pre approval we had. Beyond that, she was very helpful in helping us find reputable electrians, painters and other people to work on the house, even long after the purchase. There were a lot more steps in buying a home than I could have anticipated, and Pam made everything very easy to understand every step of the way. I’ve already recommended Pam and Yaman to all of my co workers who are thinking of buying their first home.
