I was born and raised in the small village of Homer, NY. The quaintness and closeness in a village such has Homer has made me the small town girl that I really am today. Community, and servicing a community has its importance. I love giving back and I am always thankful for what is given me.
I began my real estate career because I always loved working for myself. My motivation and passion for being self-sufficient means a lot to me as a single woman.
Before real estate, I was a kitchen and bath designer. I still freelance in designing and find my background marries well with selling real estate. For over thirty-five years, I have maintained my passion for design. I love staging properties for my client, or help them to ready their home to sell.
Working in the past with contractors has helped me immensely while showing a property. It made me aware of things to look for in a good home. Although I am not a home inspector, it became natural for me to have my eyes open when viewing a home.
After years of selling, I have interest again in teaching real estate classes. I have taught in the past, but selling and working in real estate took me away from teaching. Teaching, mentoring and helping others are a passion of mine. I hope to continue to learn along the way while teaching others.
