Counseled us on a reasonable price adjustment based on Home Inspection. Straightened out a misunderstanding regarding a waived radon test. Held our hand when closing was delayed. She did her own walk through before the Buyer and her agent did theirs. Helped us sort through a last minute issue with one of the toilets. Confirmed the buyer had, indeed, closed when we were unable to get a clear answer from the attorneys earlier that day. Nicki did this though we’d purchased our new home as a FSBO, had withdrawn from a previous purchase (on Hillside) and been looking to move on and off for years.”
