Counseled us on a reasonable price adjustment based on Home Inspection. Straightened out a misunderstanding regarding a waived radon test. Held our hand when closing was delayed. She did her own walk through before the Buyer and her agent did theirs. Helped us sort through a last minute issue with one of the toilets.
