We are so thankful to have worked with Pam Williams from Yaman. She was extremely patient through many months of house hunting and countless viewings all over (and sometimes out-of) town. She was easy to communicate with, always reachable, on time, and very helpful in answering questions about each property and the offer process. We were looking during a strong seller’s market and often felt discouraged. Every time I was ready to give up, Pam encouraged us to keep looking and would hand-pick listings to send to us. We truly felt we were looking at properties with a friend who had our best interests at heart, rather than an impersonal agent who just unlocks the door. If we were on our hands and knees looking closely at something in the basement, she was down there with us. This level of dedication carried through to our contract. In the time between signing and closing, she advocated for us on a daily basis, often handling phone calls to the surveyor, lender, and attorney. Knowing this was a stressful period, she checked in with us on a regular basis to see how we were doing, and when we finally crossed the finish line, she celebrated with us, even giving us housewarming gifts perfectly matched to our family’s interests and tastes. After closing, she remained in touch, even coming back to our home to check in on a question we had. I cannot say enough about Pam’s professionalism, personal touch, and the deep care she has shown us from the beginning. Thank you!
